TTUSY YOUTH APPLICATION FOR 2010-2011

General Information

**Temple Torah is very proud to announce that we will be hosting teens for Kadima Convention in October and for Pre-Convention in December. We will be asking the community for help with this endeavor. If you are able to open your home to two guests during the weekend of October 22-24 and/or December 23 - 26 it would be greatly appreciated. USY	USY Thursday September 9th: Interactive Rosh Hashanah Services from 10:30am - 12pm. Services, discussion and Tashlich ceremony all squeezed into a hour and a half!   Sunday September 12th: USY Goes Bowling at StrikeZone!!! This event will be held from 2:30pm - 5:30pm. Everyone will meet at StrikeZone in Boynton Beach. Cost: TBD. Please RSVP your intention to attend by TUESDAY SEPT. 7th.   Wednesday September 15: USY Balloon Night! This event will be held at Temple Torah from 7:15 - 9pm. Cost: $3. Event will be posted on facebook. KADIMA	Saturday September 25th: First Jr. Cong and KNISH of the year! Jr. Cong begins at 10:30am upstairs in a classroom. Afterwards Jr. Cong students will enjoy a fun bagel lunch in the Sukkah. Then its off to the JCC for pool time, games and ga-ga! Cost: $5. The event concludes at 2pm. Please wear appropriate Shabbat attire to services and you may bring a change of clothes with you for the KNISH program. In order to attend KNISH you MUST attend Jr. Cong.   ** Temple Torah is now offering Hebrew High School courses for 8th graders. Classes will be offered Sunday mornings beginning in October. Discussions will include Jewish Hot Topics and Judaism and Social Justice. Registration is now open. For more information please contact Rabbi Rose at 369-1112.**
NOAR	Sunday September 19th: Noar Sukkot Event and Icebreakers! Immediately following Hebrew School the Noar kids will help build the Sukkah and partcipate in fun outdoor event! 12:30pm - 2:00pm at Temple Torah.
